LOTTI QUARTER HORSES  EMBRYO PURCHASE OPTIONS (FOALS DUE IN 2026):   OPTION 1: Pay the full final bid price and assume all responsibility.     OPTION 2:  Pay 25% of the final bid price at auction closing with full balance due within 48 hours of birth of foal.  The 25% paid is fully refundable in the event that a foal is not born due to abortion or foal does not stand and nurse due to illness.  Buyer will be responsible for 50% of the standard board cost from date of purchase through date of the birth of the foal unless foal does not stand and nurse due to illness.  Buyer will be responsible for plasma administration and blood work when foal is born.  Owner may choose to pick up the foal after birth or it can remain at Foals R Us/Lotti Quarter Horses until weaned and will be charged board accordingly.  Board rates are: Dry Mare Pasture (prior to foaling) $18/day;  Foaling Stall (move to stall when approaching foaling time) $27/day; Wet Mare pasture (after foaling and when is ready for pasture) $19/day.
